Overview

The Safariland 6355 is a tactical drop-leg holster designed specifically for the Sig Sauer P229R DAK .40 (bobbed hammer) and DA/SA full-size models. It features the Automatic Locking System (ALS), an internal device that provides secure weapon retention in all directions while allowing for an instinctive straight-up draw once the thumb-operated release is deactivated. The inclusion of a Hood Guard provides an external shield to protect the release mechanism. Constructed from thermoformed SafariLaminate, the holster features a suede lining to protect the firearm's finish. The drop-leg platform is designed to remain clear of vests and packs, and it incorporates dual elastic leg straps with silicone gripper strips to prevent shifting during movement. The holster shroud is compatible with optional ELS, QLS, and MLS quick-attachment systems.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
