Model 6280 SLS Mid-Ride Level II Retention Duty Holster for Glock 17 Gens 1-4 Dual Magazine Release

Overview

The Safariland 6280 SLS Mid-ride is a Level II retention duty holster designed for Glock 17 and 22 (Gens 1-4) pistols with dual magazine releases. It features the Self Locking System (SLS) rotating hood, which requires a simultaneous downward push and forward rotation to release, providing security against attempted takeaways while allowing for a smooth, single-motion draw. Constructed from durable, easy-to-clean SafariLaminate, the holster includes a tensioning device, suede lining to protect the firearm's finish, and a molded sight track. The holster is compatible with Universal Belt Loops (UBL) in both 2-inch and 2.25-inch widths. The retention level can be upgraded to Level III with the addition of an optional Sentry device.
