Overview

The Mimtac OK-AY AR-15 charging handle is an ambidextrous operating handle machined from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and finished in a Type III Class 2 hardcoat anodized gray. It features a dual-latch design for dependable operation from either side. To ensure enhanced durability over standard aluminum alternatives, the handle incorporates steel grip handles with textured surfaces for positive control when wearing gloves or operating in wet conditions. Featuring polished contact points and reinforced geometry to limit flex under stress, it drops directly into standard mil-spec AR-15 and M16 upper receivers.
