Overview

The Midwest Industries 12.625-inch Slim Line free-float handguard for AR-15 rifles is machined from 6061 aluminum with a black hard-coat anodized finish. It features a slim 1.5-inch outside diameter, a continuous 1913 Picatinny top rail, and M-LOK slots on seven sides for accessory mounting. The design is fully dehorned and deburred for user comfort and includes two integral anti-rotation QD sling sockets. The handguard comes with a 4140 heat-treated barrel nut, a torque plate, and a 5-slot polymer M-LOK rail section.
