Overview

The Midwest Industries handguard is designed to fit most stamped and milled AK-47 and AK-74 variants. Constructed from lightweight yet rugged 6061 aluminum with a black hardcoat anodized finish, this system features true mil-spec 1913 Picatinny rails with T-marks for secure optic and accessory mounting. The upper portion attaches directly to the lower handguard rather than the gas tube to provide a solid, stable platform for optics. Proudly made in the USA, it installs easily in minutes with the included tools without requiring gunsmithing, and includes the standard topcover.
