Overview

The Midwest Industries AR-15 Gen 2 Two-Piece Free Float Extended Carbine Length Handguard is constructed from billet-machined 6061 aluminum with a matte black hard-coat anodized finish. Measuring 12 inches in length with an internal diameter of 1.3 inches, an overall width of 2.3 inches, and an overall height of 2.44 inches, this quad rail forend provides a monolithic-type continuous top rail and T-marked Mil-Std 1913 Picatinny rails for accessory mounting. Designed for AR-15 upper receivers with carbine-length gas systems and fixed A2 front sight systems, the upper handguard features a notch to accept a standard front sight base. The two-piece free-float design clamps to a GI barrel nut and allows for installation in minutes by cutting off the delta ring without removing the barrel or front sight. It includes four anti-rotation QD sockets for push-button sling swivels. This model is not compatible with gas piston systems and is made in the USA with a manufacturer lifetime warranty.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
