The MDT Core Bottom Metal is designed for the Howa 1500, offering improved magazine compatibility and smoother reloading. It allows for the use of a wide array of AICS-pattern magazines, and its design permits ambidextrous magazine changes. The trigger guard is sized to accommodate both factory and aftermarket triggers. This bottom metal is compatible with the MDT Adjustable Magazine Latch for fine-tuned fitment. Please note that if installing in a stock lacking a micro-chassis, separate pillars are required.
