Overview

The MDT AICS Short Action magazine is designed for .308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor family cartridges. It features a steel construction with a black nitride finish and an additional Cerakote Elite coating for increased durability, corrosion resistance, and friction reduction. The magazine utilizes a unique Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) transition design to reduce overall height. This 5-round capacity version is manufactured without a front binder plate, allowing for a maximum cartridge overall length (COAL) of 2.960 inches. It is compatible with all AICS-pattern bottom metal and chassis systems. Note that some common bolt-action receivers may require modifications to the feed ramp to prevent bullet tips from catching during feeding.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
