Overview

The Maxim Defense SCW Pistol Stabilizing Brace is a sub-compact, rapid-deployment solution designed for AR-15 platforms. Constructed from 7075 aluminum alloy with a Mil-Spec anodized finish in Tan, it provides an ultra-compact footprint, adding only 4 inches to the receiver in its most collapsed position. The brace features five positions of length adjustment, extending up to 8.75 inches for a comfortable cheek weld without the need for release buttons. This system includes a standard 3.3 oz Maxim buffer and spring, and the buffer-carrier is compatible with Mil-Spec bolts in 5.56 NATO, 7.62x39, and .300 BLK. Weighing 14.6 oz, the brace is designed for easy installation on Mil-Spec AR-15 lowers. It is intended for shooters seeking the smallest possible overall length for sub-compact builds while maintaining durability for real-world use.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
