Overview

The Magpul Sling Mount Kit (Type 2) provides a quick-detachable swivel point that attaches to the side of compatible stocks. Constructed from heavy-duty steel with a black phosphate finish, this kit is designed for use with push-button QD sling swivels. It can be installed on the opposite side of UBR or STR stocks that already feature a pre-installed Type 1 mount, or used in conjunction with a Type 1 kit on various other Magpul stocks, including the SGA, MOE Rifle, MOE Fixed Carbine, MOE AK, Zhukov-S, Hunter 700, and Hunter X-22. Swivels are not included.
