Overview

The Magpul Bipod (MAG941-BLK) provides a stable, lightweight shooting platform for AR-platform rifles equipped with a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail. It is constructed from Mil-Spec hard-anodized 6061 T-6 aluminum, stainless steel internals, and injection-molded reinforced polymer. The low-profile design minimizes snag points while concealing internal hardware. Leg extensions feature seven half-inch spaced locking detents, offering a vertical adjustment range from 6.80 to 10.30 inches. The bipod supports 50 degrees of total tilt and 40 degrees of total pan, with the ability to lock the pan at 0 degrees while maintaining full tilt functionality. Adjustments are managed via a glove-friendly, knurled tool-less locking knob. The bipod features staggered soft rubber feet for stability on various surfaces, which can be removed to accept most Atlas-pattern replaceable feet. The unit weighs approximately 11 oz and includes a rubber locking knob cap that serves as a non-marring forward rest when the bipod is folded.
