Overview

The Magpul Hunter X-22 Takedown chassis is an ergonomic, drop-in, full-featured stock designed specifically for the Ruger 10/22 Takedown series of rifles. Constructed from high-quality reinforced polymer, it features an ergonomic 60-degree grip angle from the bore axis, an adjustable length of pull from 12.5" to 14.5" using 0.50" spacers, and an adjustable comb height compatible with optional cheek riser kits. The stock includes a non-slip rubber butt-pad, left and right rear 1-1/4" Footman's Loops, push-button QD swivel compatibility in the rear with optional sling mount kits, and M-LOK slots on the forend sides and bottom for accessory and sling attachment. Additionally, a reversible barrel tray ensures a proper fit for both factory pencil profile barrels and heavy bull barrels up to 0.920" in diameter. The forend also features an adjustable barrel tensioning shim for setting barrel preload, alongside two dimpled drill points for installing optional standard swivel studs.
