Overview

The Magpul PMAG 30 GEN M3 Window is a 30-round polymer magazine chambered in 5.56x45 NATO (.223 Remington) for AR-15 and M4 compatible weapons. It incorporates advanced material technology and manufacturing processes to exceed military performance specifications. While optimized for Colt-spec AR-15/M4 platforms, its modified internal and external geometry permits operation in a range of other firearms, including the HK 416/MR556A1/M27 IAR, British SA-80, and FN SCAR MK 16/16S. Internally, the magazine utilizes a long-life USGI-spec stainless steel spring, a four-way anti-tilt follower, and constant-curve internal geometry for reliable feeding. Dual-side transparent windows feature the MagLevel system with a high-visibility indicator coil and numerical body markers for rapid visual identification of remaining rounds. Exterior enhancements include a redesigned bolt catch notch for increased clearance, an over-stop spine to prevent over-insertion, aggressive front and rear texturing, a paint pen dot matrix for identification, and a flared, slim-profile floorplate that aids extraction and compatibility with tight double and triple pouches. Tool-less disassembly allows for easy cleaning.
