Overview

The Magpul MS1/MS4 Sling Adapter is a versatile, two-to-one-point sling attachment system designed for AR-15, M4, M16, and AK-platform rifles. Constructed from durable steel with a manganese phosphate finish and polymer hardware, the adapter features custom 1.25-inch nylon webbing that includes Near Infrared (NIR) treatment to reduce IR signature. This system allows for fast transitions between one-point and two-point configurations without the need for tools. Rear mounting is achieved through push-button QD sockets found on compatible receivers, end plates, or buttstocks. The adapter is equipped with a heavy-duty push-button QD sling swivel and an ambidextrous QD shackle, facilitating easy convertibility and providing quick-release capabilities for emergency situations.
