Magpul MAG1422-BLK Stock Black Fits Remington 700 Short Action,Stocks

Overview

The Magpul Hunter Lite stock in black is a purpose-built stock designed for short-action Remington 700 and compatible rifles. Streamlined to reduce weight and dimensions, the Hunter Lite weighs nearly 25% less and features a forend that is almost 25% narrower than the original Hunter 700 stock, enhancing maneuverability in the field. It is configurable for both right- and left-handed users by swapping out the included inlet inserts. Receiver support is provided by an extruded aluminum V-bedding block paired with reinforced steel action screw pillars to prevent compression and deformation during firing. The stock accommodates barrel profiles up to Medium Palma and includes an AICS-compatible magazine well with stamped steel over-insertion stops and an ambidextrous paddle release. Additional features include an enlarged trigger guard for glove use, removable half-inch spacers for adjustable length of pull from 13" to 15", a snap-on 3/8" cheek riser for comb height adjustment, integral sling swivel studs, and M-LOK slots on the forend.
