Overview
The Magpul MBUS (Magpul Back-Up Sight) is a low-cost, impact-resistant polymer folding rear sight tailored to the AR-15/M16 platform while fitting most MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails. It features a dual aperture design with protective wings, spring-loaded flip-up activation accessible from either side, and positive detent and spring pressure that keeps the sight erect while allowing it to fold unobstructed under impact. The low-profile sight offers tool-less windage adjustment via a detent knob and provides standard A2 iron sight height-over-bore.
