Overview

The Magpul MOE AKM hand guard in Flat Dark Earth is a direct replacement for stamped-receiver AK-47, AKM, and AK-74 pattern rifles with a front sling loop on the retainer. Constructed from heat-resistant polymer with an integrated black oxide-coated stainless steel heat shield, it features an extended gripping surface and M-LOK slots at the three, six, and nine o'clock positions for direct accessory mounting. It includes a replacement polymer upper hand guard, is compatible with UltiMAK optics mounts, accommodates the factory cleaning rod, and counts as a US compliance part for 922(r).
