Overview

The Magpul Enhanced Self-Leveling Follower is a direct-drop-in polymer replacement designed to improve feeding reliability in USGI 30-round 5.56x45 aluminum magazines. Built with a non-hygroscopic and self-lubricating polymer containing 2% Teflon, this follower resists moisture absorption and maintains smooth movement against the magazine body without binding or requiring additional lubrication. Featuring a patent-pending four-way anti-tilt design with four distinct contact surfaces, it eliminates follower canting under spring pressure to ensure consistent round presentation from the first shot to the last. Each pack includes three followers designed to replace standard black or green followers in Mil-Spec metal magazines without tools or modifications to the magazine body or spring (note: incompatible with latest-generation USGI springs utilizing tan followers or thin-walled steel-bodied magazines).
