The Magpul Bipod is a lightweight and durable shooting support system designed for A.R.M.S. 17S-style rails. Constructed from Mil-spec hard-anodized 6061 T-6 aluminum, stainless steel internals, and reinforced injection-molded polymer, it weighs just over 11 ounces and features a low-profile black finish that resists snags. The spring-tensioned legs fold forward and lock securely into place, extending from 6.3 to 10.3 inches via push-button locking detents on half-inch spacings. It provides 50 degrees of total tilt and 40 degrees of total pan, with the exclusive ability to lock the pan at 0 degrees while maintaining full tilt functionality. A glove-friendly locking knob controls adjustments, and the legs accept Atlas-pattern replaceable feet while including staggered soft rubber feet and a soft rubber locking knob cap for a non-marring forward rest.
