Lyman Gas Checks 45 Caliber Box of 1000

Overview

Lyman .45 caliber gas checks are copper, crimp-on cups designed for use with cast bullets. By fitting onto the base of the bullet, these gas checks create a thermal barrier that protects the projectile from hot burning powder gases, which helps maintain higher velocities and significantly reduces lead fouling in the barrel. These gas checks are designed to be easily seated during the bullet sizing process and are packaged in a box of 1,000 units.
