The Lyman Brass Smith Ideal Press C-Frame Reloading Kit serves as an ideal starting point for beginners or a compact precision companion for experienced reloaders. Featuring a rugged cast-iron frame and all-steel components, the compact C-frame design requires minimal bench space while providing compound linkage for optimum leverage, a central ambidextrous handle with a ball knob, a 1-inch diameter ram, and a 3 7/8-inch press opening. It accepts all standard 7/8"x14 thread dies and standard shell holders, capable of handling all pistol calibers and rifle cartridges up to 3.700 inches in loaded length. The complete kit includes the Ideal Press, a Brass Smith Powder Measure with stand, an E-ZEE Prime Hand Priming Tool, the 50th Edition Reloading Handbook, a Pocket Touch 1500 electronic digital scale with a funnel pan and dipper, a loading block, a Case Prep Multi-Tool, and Quick Slick Case Lube.
