Overview

The Lyman M Neck Expanding Die is designed for 9mm Luger, .380 ACP, and .38 Super cartridges, providing precise neck expansion for improved bullet seating. The die utilizes a two-step expander plug: the first step expands the inside of the case neck to just under bullet diameter to ensure consistent neck tension, while the second step flares the case mouth to bullet diameter or slightly larger to help the bullet sit upright and centered. This process helps prevent shaving of copper jackets and maintains consistent chambering. Constructed from polished hardened steel, this die is built for durability and is compatible with standard 7/8 inch x 14 TPI reloading presses. Its two-step design is intended to minimize brass stretching compared to standard expander button dies, which can extend the service life of the brass.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
