Overview

The Luth-AR Stripped Slick Side A1 Upper Receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum forgings to current mil-spec dimensions. It features correct early-style carry handle contours with an A1-pattern rear sight housing and eliminates the shell deflector and forward assist for a period-accurate design. As a slick-side receiver, it does not include M4-type feed ramps. The component has a black hardcoat anodized finish, measures 7.75 inches in overall length, weighs 7 ounces, and is designed to fit current production AR-15 components. Charging handles, dust covers, and rear sight components are sold separately.
