Overview

The Leupold VX-Freedom 3-9x40mm riflescope combines classic hunting style with modern precision, built around Leupold's Advanced Optical System to deliver exceptional light transmission, glare reduction, and edge-to-edge clarity. Designed, machined, assembled, and tested in the USA, this optic features a versatile 3-9x magnification range and a 40mm objective lens, making it ideal for mid-range shots. It utilizes a second focal plane, a proprietary non-illuminated TRI-MOA reticle with 1 MOA hash marks, a 150-yard fixed parallax, and the Custom Dial System (CDS) for customizable ballistic solutions. Adjustments are made in .25 MOA increments with 60 MOA of total elevation and windage travel. Constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft-quality aluminum with a matte black finish, the scope is 100% waterproof and fogproof, utilizing 2nd Generation Argon/Krypton waterproofing and scratch-resistant lenses.
