Overview

The LEM Products 8.5-inch meat slicer is a professional-quality tool featuring an aluminum housing and a powerful 120-watt motor that operates at 68 RPM. The slicer includes two stainless steel blades—a standard straight blade for deli-thin cuts and a serrated blade for fibrous meats or crusty breads. It is capable of adjusting cutting thickness from wafer-thin up to 0.75 inches. The unit features a removable carriage, a handguard/food pusher for safety, and a built-in tray for catching sliced items. The base is equipped with suction-cup rubber feet to secure the unit to flat surfaces. The slicer is ETL certified, and all plastic components are BPA-free.
