The Lee Precision Factory Crimp Die for 6.5 Grendel is designed to provide a firm, uniform crimp on reloaded ammunition, even for bullets that lack a dedicated crimping groove or cannelure. The die uses a collet to squeeze the case mouth, which helps prevent case buckling and ensures a more consistent pressure curve, leading to improved accuracy and velocity uniformity. This die features a collet-based design and works in any standard 7/8-inch-14 thread reloading press. It is highly adjustable, allowing the user to set the specific amount of crimp desired. A shellholder is required for use but is sold separately.
