Overview

The Lee Precision Factory Crimp Die for 7mm STW and 7mm Ultra Magnum is designed to produce a uniform, factory-grade crimp for rifle ammunition. Featuring a collet-style mechanism, this die squeezes the case mouth into the bullet, providing a firm hold that is nearly impossible to buckle. By increasing start pressure, the crimp encourages a more uniform pressure curve, which can improve velocity consistency and overall accuracy. The die includes a carbide sizing insert that post-sizes the cartridge, ensuring reliable chambering. This tool is versatile enough to crimp both jacketed and lead bullets, even those lacking a traditional cannelure. Compatible with standard single-stage or progressive presses using 7/8-14 TPI threading, the die requires only a simple screw adjustment to set the desired crimp level. Note that the shellholder is sold separately.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
