Overview

The Lee Precision Factory Crimp Die for the .450 Bushmaster is a reloading tool designed with a 7/8"x14 thread pattern. Unlike standard dies, this crimp die incorporates a collet to apply a rifle-style crimp to the case. It is particularly effective for difficult-to-crimp cartridges and can form a crimp groove on bullets that do not have one. By applying a firm crimp, the die helps build higher start pressure, which promotes a more uniform pressure curve and reduces velocity variation for improved accuracy.
