Overview

The Lee Precision .44-40 Winchester Factory Crimp Die is a steel reloading die that uses a collet to apply a secure, uniform rifle-style crimp to the case mouth. By squeezing the case into the crimping groove, this die provides superior bullet retention and a more uniform pressure curve compared to standard roll crimp dies. It is designed to be nearly impossible to buckle the case during the process. The die is suitable for both lead and jacketed bullets and helps improve accuracy.
