The Lee Precision Factory Crimp Die for .270 Win is a steel die designed to provide a secure, uniform crimp on reloaded ammunition. It features an internal collet that squeezes the case mouth into the crimping groove, applying firmer and more uniform pressure than standard roll crimp dies. This method helps maintain a more consistent pressure curve, which can improve accuracy. The die is capable of forming a crimp groove on bullets that do not have one and is designed to make crimping difficult-to-crimp cartridges more efficient.
