Overview

The Lee Precision .278 Bullet Lubricating and Sizing Kit is designed to lubricate and size cast bullets quickly and efficiently. The sizing die features standard 7/8-14 threads, making it compatible with any standard reloading press. It allows bullets to be pushed through the die nose-first, eliminating the need for special top punches, and automatically seats and crimps gas checks when applied to the bullet base. The kit includes a red plastic container that serves as both a lube applicator and a storage case for the die. Bullets are lubricated by applying liquid bullet lube (not included) and shaking them within the container before sizing. Sizing ensures uniform bullet diameter for better accuracy and consistent start pressure. Note that bullet lube is not included with the kit.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
