Overview

The Lee Precision .284 Bullet Lubricating and Sizing Kit (90170) provides a fast and efficient method for sizing and lubricating cast lead bullets. Compatible with any reloading press that uses standard 7/8x14 threaded dies, the kit allows bullets to be pushed through a hardened steel sizing ring nose-first, eliminating the need for special nose punches. The system automatically seats and crimps gas checks when used. Sized bullets are captured in the included container, which also serves as a storage case. While sizing helps ensure uniform diameter and consistent pressure, the kit is designed to work with Alox bullet lubricant (not included) to provide the necessary coating for cast projectiles.
