The Lancer LCR5 is a free-float handguard featuring a custom round carbon-fiber handguard tube connected to a 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver extension. It features an inner diameter of 1.7 inches and an outer diameter of 2.00 inches, equipped with cooling slots to help manage barrel temperature and mounting locations for accessory rails. The six o'clock position includes slots for an accessory rail and holes to attach a sling swivel stud or bipod. Installation requires the removal of the rifle's barrel and specialized AR-15 disassembly knowledge.
