Overview

The LaserMax CenterFire CF-SHIELD-C-R is a red laser sight designed specifically for the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield (9mm and .40 S&W). It features patent-pending GripSense technology, which uses a detection zone near the trigger guard to instantly activate the laser upon gripping the firearm, though manual button activation remains an option. The unit features a 650nM red laser and a 100-lumen light output, with multiple operational modes available. Constructed from glass-filled nylon, the unit mounts to the firearm frame without permanent modifications. It offers ambidextrous switching for all users and includes an automatic 10-minute timeout to conserve the 1/3N battery. Rounded and blended to ensure a smooth draw, this sight is an essential tool for training, concealed carry, and home defense. Please note: This model is not compatible with Shield EZ variants.
