Overview

The LANTAC USC side-charging upper receiver is precision-machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type 3, Class 2, deep black hardcoat anodized finish. It features a proprietary ultra-smooth bore with a roughness average of 16 micro-inches to reduce bolt carrier friction. The receiver is designed with strengthened sidewalls for rigidity and includes M4 feedramps. Barrel nut threads and the bore are machined in a single operation to ensure perfect concentricity. The unit includes a CP-R360 17-4 PH stainless steel domed-head cam pin, which features a low-friction design to minimize wear on the internal cam channel.
