The Lancer Systems LCH7 is a lightweight, free-float handguard designed for AR-10/LR-308 platforms. Constructed from a rigid octagonal carbon fiber tube and 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum components, it offers a durable and lightweight solution for rifles chambered in .308 Win/7.62x51mm. The handguard is compatible with DPMS High or Armalite upper receivers threaded for an 18TPI barrel nut. It features an M-Lok compatible design, allowing for the direct mounting of accessories, and includes cooling slots to manage barrel temperature. The handguard assembly utilizes a two-piece barrel nut system and includes an aluminum end-cap for protection against rough handling. Installation requires the removal of the rifle's barrel assembly.
