The Lancer Systems L5 AWM 5/20 Advanced Warfighter Magazine combines a durable polymer body with a permanently fixed, one-piece hardened steel feed lip assembly. The steel lips feature a corrosion-resistant PTFE coating to prevent rust and maintain precise dimensions during long-term storage or rough handling. Designed with a constant-curve internal geometry and a no-tilt follower, it ensures reliable feeding for 5.56x45mm NATO, .223 Remington, and .300 AAC Blackout ammunition. Featuring a translucent flat dark earth finish, this magazine incorporates a permanently installed internal limiting device restricting capacity to 5 rounds for state compliance. The floor plate easily slides off for routine cleaning and maintenance. Due to the travel limiter design, inserting a fully loaded magazine on a closed bolt may require additional effort on certain weapon platforms; loading on an open bolt or downloading by one round resolves this.
