Overview

The L.E. Wilson Case Length Headspace Gauge is a precision-engineered stainless steel tool designed for 7mm Remington SAUM cartridges. This one-piece, non-adjustable cylinder gauge allows reloaders to accurately check fired and resized cartridge cases for both minimum and maximum headspace and overall trim length, helping to prevent over-sizing and ensure ammunition meets SAAMI specifications. To check headspace, a fired case is inserted into the gauge, and measurements are taken with a depth micrometer or caliper to determine the necessary amount of resizing. Once sized, the gauge is placed on a flat surface with the head facing down to verify if the brass falls within the minimum and maximum trim length limits. This tool is compatible with standard 7/8"-14 threaded presses and is essential for maintaining accuracy during the reloading process.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
