Overview

The Kimber Mountain Ascent Mojave is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .243 Winchester with a 3-round capacity. It features a 22-inch match-grade threaded stainless steel barrel with a KimPro II finish and a 7/16x28 thread pitch. Built on a legacy Kimber 84M stainless steel action featuring a fluted bolt body, hollow bolt knob, Mauser claw extractor, and a 3-position Model 70-type safety, the rifle delivers a sub-MOA accuracy guarantee. The firearm utilizes an H-S Precision featherweight composite stock constructed from fiberglass, carbon fiber, and Kevlar, incorporating a 7075 aluminum bedding block system that travels nearly the full length of the stock. The stock is drizzle-painted for enhanced grip and includes a 1-inch recoil pad, a 13.5-inch length of pull, and a rear bag cut-out (note that 7MM Rem. Mag and 300 Win. Mag models exclude the bag cut-out). The factory-adjustable trigger is set to 3.5 to 4 pounds. The overall length is 42.75 inches and the approximate weight is 5 pounds 6 ounces. Accessories include a 5/8 x 24 adapter for suppression, a rifle sling, and a rifle case.
