Overview

The Kimber Rampart is a single-action, government-size 1911 semi-automatic handgun chambered in 9mm Luger. Built around a robust stainless steel slide and frame finished in OD Green Cerakote, this full-size platform features a 5-inch stainless steel match-grade barrel with a durable Black DLC finish, a 1:16 twist rate, and a Mil-Spec guide rod. The slide incorporates weight-reducing lightening cuts, racing-style rear serrations, and a ported top strap channel forward of the ejection port to vent gas upwards. This works in tandem with a patent-pending, toolless bushing-mount compensator that rotates onto the barrel bushing without tools to substantially reduce felt recoil. Sighting is handled by bright HIVIZ fiber optic front and rear sights. The pistol wears black LOK Custom Boggy G10 grips and offers a 9+1 round capacity using the included 9-round magazine.
