KG Gun Kote 2400 Series is a thin, hard firearm finish designed for corrosion protection and high heat dissipation. It is capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -320 degrees F to over 500 degrees F and can be applied to ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as plastic. The finish is abrasion-resistant and requires professional application, including sandblasting with 120-grit aluminum oxide, degreasing, and a final curing process in an oven at 325 degrees F for one hour.
