The Kestrel 5700 Elite with LiNK is a portable weather meter and advanced ballistics solver designed for long-range shooting. It measures 15 environmental parameters, including wind speed, temperature, humidity, pressure, and altitude. The device utilizes the Applied Ballistics (AB) library of custom drag models to calculate precise trajectories, including corrections for aerodynamic jump, spin drift, Coriolis effect, and drop scale factoring. It supports G1 and G7 ballistic coefficients and allows users to store multiple gun and bullet profiles. Key features include Bluetooth connectivity for use with the Kestrel LiNK Ballistics app, a high-resolution display with a dual-color backlight, and a durable, waterproof, and dustproof housing tested to MIL-STD-810G standards. This model comes in blaze orange, is powered by a single AA battery, and includes a built-in compass.
