The firearm is constructed with a 4140 steel slide and barrel, a 7075 aluminum frame, and Zytel polymer grips. Its defining feature is a flush-fit, double-stack magazine with a 30-round capacity. The pistol is equipped with fiber optic sights, an integrated Picatinny accessory rail, and an ambidextrous thumb safety. For operational reliability, it utilizes dual opposing extractors and a captive coaxial recoil spring system. The PMR-30 is designed for easy maintenance, disassembling by the removal of a single pin. It is finished with a black frame and grip, paired with a blue slide.
