Overview

The Kel-Tec SUB-2000 Gen 3 Defender is a 10mm Auto semi-automatic folding rifle designed for modular versatility and compact storage. It features a 16.15-inch threaded barrel (5/8"-24) and is engineered to fold in half—even with the included Vortex Crossfire red dot optic mounted—via an innovative rotating forend. This model feeds from Glock 20 magazines and includes two 15-round magazines. Built for tactical utility, the rifle features M-LOK compatibility and Picatinny rail space on the top and bottom of the forend. The Defender package includes a Magpul angled foregrip and sports a distinctive Kryptek Obskura Skyfall camo finish on the synthetic furniture. With an overall length of 30.45 inches when open, the Gen 3 SUB-2000 offers a 5-pound trigger pull and a 1:7 rate of twist, providing a compact, optic-ready platform for pistol-caliber performance.
