The Kaw Valley Precision AR-15 Carbine Buffer Spring is a 17-4 stainless steel recoil spring featuring a passivated finish designed to protect against rust in harsh environments. Rated for a cycle life over 10,000, this spring is designed exclusively for carbine-length stock and pistol kits. It is suitable for use in AR-15 platforms chambered in 5.56mm, .223 Remington, .300 BLK, and similar cartridges, and can also be used to tune Pistol Caliber Carbines (PCCs). It is designed to be paired with a KVP 4.3oz or 5.4oz buffer.
