Overview

The Kauger Arms VPR SST is a bolt-action rifle action featuring a stainless steel construction and a standard bolt face. The design incorporates a gas shield for safety and smooth bolt travel, a bore and face machined in a single operation for true alignment, a 0.62-inch diameter firing pin, pinned bolt head, sliding plate extractor, bayonet-style 1/4-turn bolt shroud, 7/32-inch thick pinned and hooded recoil lug, and a 90-degree bolt throw. It uses #80-40 scope mounting threads, is threaded for a 1-1/16"-16 barrel, and is compatible with BDL internal, AICS, and AW magazines.
