Overview

The Kalashnikov USA KP-9 is a semi-automatic AK-style pistol chambered in 9mm, featuring a 9-inch barrel and blowback operating system. This Red Wood Edition includes authentic wood furniture. It is designed to be a civilian-legal version of the Russian Vityaz submachine gun and features a hinged top cover with a Picatinny rail for optics. The pistol includes specially designed feed ramps for hollow-point ammunition and 1/2x28 muzzle threads for suppressor use. It ships with a 10-round steel-lined polymer magazine and includes a factory-installed flash suppressor. The design allows for easy conversion to a short-barreled rifle (SBR) configuration using the rear receiver hinge block.
