Overview

The KAK Industry K-Spec Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group is engineered to improve the performance and reliability of AR-15-style firearms in both suppressed and unsuppressed configurations across demanding environments. Built to the M16 full-auto profile, the carrier is constructed from 8620 steel with a silver chrome finish and features a "sand cutter" design with angled rail cuts to efficiently channel fouling and debris into noncritical areas. It incorporates a dual ejector system with mil-spec components to enhance extraction consistency without compromising bolt strength. To reduce gas blowback toward the shooter, the gas relief ports are relocated downward toward the magazine feed lip channels. Additional components include a Swiss-turned 8740 steel chrome-plated firing pin, a 4140 steel chrome-finished cam pin, and a fully machined, phosphate-coated extractor.
