Overview

The JP Enterprises Alternate Spring Pack is designed to allow custom tuning of the JP Silent Captured Spring (JPSCS-10) recoil buffer system on large-frame AR-308 and LR-308 rifles. While the default spring is selected for the widest range of configurations, swapping springs enables optimized performance and reliable cycling, particularly in rifles lacking an adjustable gas block. Selecting a heavier spring helps prevent the buffer head from fully bottoming out during firing, while a lighter spring can assist when the bolt carrier fails to lock back reliably on the last round. The kit includes three distinct spring rate combinations: a side-red spring, a side-blue and side-red spring, and a side-yellow and side-red spring, providing the necessary variability to achieve successful cycling across diverse large-frame platforms.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
