Overview

The IWI Tavor 7 is a bullpup-style rifle chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO. It features a 20-inch hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel and a high-strength impact-modified black polymer body. The rifle utilizes a short-stroke gas piston system with a 4-position gas regulator and a closed rotating bolt. Key ergonomic features include ambidextrous controls, such as a 45-degree safety lever, magazine release, and bolt catch. The charging handle can be locked without using the bolt catch, and the ejection side is reversible. The rifle is equipped with an M-LOK forend and MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rails at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions. It has an overall weight of 9 pounds and includes a 10-round magazine, utilizing an AR-10 magazine pattern.
